Now we’re looking for someone to take our social presence to the next level.
The Role
This is not a typical “post 3 times a week” social role.
You will own the Locus social presence end-to-end.
You’ll shape how thousands (and eventually millions) of people perceive modern dating — and position Locus as the alternative.
You’ll have creative freedom, but with one clear goal:
👉 Build a brand that feels like a movement toward healthier, more intentional dating
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage Locus across Instagram, TikTok (and other relevant platforms)
- Create high-quality reels, UGC-style videos, static posts, and carousels
- Develop content that feels native, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant
- Generate strong, original ideas — not just follow trends
- Build a consistent visual identity aligned with Locus (clean, premium, minimal, emotive)
- Craft posts that:
- Spark conversation
- Challenge unhealthy dating norms
- Offer practical, relatable advice
- Translate the Locus philosophy into content:
- Focus over distraction
- Depth over volume
- Clarity over ambiguity
- Engage with the audience and help shape a community, not just a following
What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative instinct — you know what feels right for an audience
- A great design eye (layout, typography, colour, composition)
- Ability to create content that feels premium but human
- Experience with:
- Reels / short-form video creation
- UGC-style storytelling
- Social-first design (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Deep understanding of:
- What resonates with single people (25–40)
- Modern dating culture (and its frustrations)
- Someone who can think:
- “What would actually make someone stop scrolling?”
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes

- A page that feels like:
- A trusted voice in dating
- A calmer alternative to existing apps
