Years later we are still in the neighbourhood, with a boutique team of passionate filmmakers, editors, social media creatives, and account executives. Role Description
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who has previous experience in working with clients and within a creative team. Our ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with clients in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin as a bonus. They should be able to organise a social media calendar, create ideas, and liaise with clients in a professional manner. As our team is quite independent, and the ideal candidate should be able to manage their time efficiently, be creative, be responsive to clients, but also work well in a team.
This is a full-time role, with hybrid working in our office. We are also open to potential contract based candidates.
Job Tasks
- Manage a clients social media account on Facebook and Instagram
- Liaising between the client and the team to align expectations
- Be able to handle shoots efficiently
- Manage post-production timelines and comments
- Generate ideas and work with the Social Media Manager to assist with creative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients, teammates, and external stakeholders effectively
- Strong language abilities: native in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin as a bonus
- A strong understanding of Social Media Production, such as storyboarding and ideation
- Marketing knowledge to guide content creation and strategy in alignment with client objectives
- Experience in a creative agency or production environment is a plus
- Ability to adapt and work independently in a hybrid work setting
- Bonus if the candidate is able to edit or produce videos or photography
