At Pro Expo, we are looking for a Social Media & Events Specialist with a strategic vision, analytical mindset, and creative sensitivity to join our team.

🎯 What will your mission be?

Lead and execute the company’s marketing and communication strategy, ensuring brand consistency while actively collaborating in the planning and production of events.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing and Social Media

  • Ensure the implementation of the visual communication and brand strategy together with the design team
  • Analyze competitors and trends to identify opportunities and generate strategic content
  • Define and monitor performance objectives (SEO, SEM, leads, visibility, etc.)
  • Present monthly and annual reports with results and next steps
  • Implement the social media strategy (mainly LinkedIn) aligned with creative direction
  • Analyze performance and engagement, and optimize the strategy

2. Website & Digital Content

  • New website: Oversee proper implementation (layout, copy, images, portfolio structure) with the creative team
  • Current website: Plan updates after trade shows and highlight new projects in alignment with the Creative Director
  • Write or review content with copywriters and creative direction to ensure consistency across newsletters and social media
  • Blog: Plan and approve SEO/SEM articles, maintain editorial calendar, and supervise translation quality and visual consistency

3. Communication, Branding & Audiovisual Content

  • Coordinate with creative direction to ensure proper implementation of all corporate materials (business cards, sales decks, newsletters, presentations, etc.)
  • Plan and coordinate, together with creative direction, audiovisual content production for each trade show according to the calendar
  • Oversee the full process, ensuring quality and brand consistency
  • Ensure proper delivery and adaptation of content for events, social media, and other channels

4. Newsletter

  • Maintain and plan the monthly calendar (1–2 months in advance)
  • Select topics and visuals, coordinating storytelling with the creative team and Project Managers
  • Review design and copy, and manage final approval with creative direction
  • Analyze performance (open rate, engagement) and propose improvements

5. SEO / SEM

  • Manage and coordinate SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Conduct monthly reviews of objectives and quarterly strategies, ensuring proper implementation and correcting deviations
  • Monitor country targeting on a monthly basis

6. Awards & Recognition

  • Plan award submissions at least two months before each relevant trade show with creative direction
  • Select projects, coordinate applications, and track results

7. Event Management & Support

  • Provide active support to the Events department in planning, coordination, and execution of events
  • Assist in managing suppliers, timelines, and logistics, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Support onsite follow-up when needed, ensuring correct implementation of materials and brand experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Social Media Agency
  • Proven experience in SEO / SEM
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva
  • Experience in audiovisual content creation and management
  • Knowledge of AI applied to web development
  • Organized, analytical profile with creative sensitivity
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
