Position Summary

Facial Aesthetics is a specialized aesthetic and wellness brand built on 30+ years of clinical excellence and patient trust. Through consistent, refined results guided by expert care, we ensure people feel confident, understood and fully themselves – inside and out. The brand has 9 locations throughout Colorado located in Cherry Creek, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Golden, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Monument, Superior and Westminster, with plans to expand out of state later this year. 

Facial Aesthetics is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Event Marketing Manager to lead social strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling across all patient-facing platforms. This role will drive engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while supporting paid social and clinic-level events. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned digital marketer with a unique skillset – combining creative copyrighting and content creation skills with those of a data-driven mindset. He or she will be responsible for growing the brand’s online audience, guest engagement, and bringing our compelling story to the masses. 

Travel Expectations

  • Hybrid role with regular travel across all Colorado clinics for content capture and events
  • Comfortable working in-clinic and adjusting schedules based on marketing and ops needs 
  • Occasional out-of-state travel as the brand expands

Key Responsibilities

Social Media 

  • Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube 
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business priorities 
  • Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality, on-brand content (video + photo) across clinics
  • Manage platform-specific content optimization, scheduling, and publishing 
  • Partner with design and paid media teams to support campaign and creative needs 
  • Drive real-time social media campaigns to engage in cultural, consumer, and trending conversations.
  • Develop strategic planning and execution to assist clinic providers in building their social media presence. 
  • Own boosted content strategy, execution and budget based on clinic needs 
  • Manage daily engagement (comments, DMs, community interaction) 

Performance & Strategy

  • Analyze performance across platforms (engagement, reach, growth, top content) 
  • Translate insights into actionable content and channel strategies 
  • Report performance and recommendations to marketing, operations, and clinic teams 
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize content approach 

Influencer & Partnerships

  • Source, vet, and manage influencer and brand partnerships 
  • Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and content expectations 
  • Develop influencer briefs aligned with campaign goals 
  • Coordinate clinic logistics and oversee content execution 
  • Track and report on influencer performance and ROI 
  • Manage influencer budgets and identify new partnership opportunities 

Events & Local Store Marketing

  • Plan and execute grand openings and key brand events from concept to completion
  • Develop promotional plans, content strategies, and post-event analysis 
  • Lead grassroots marketing initiatives and local partnerships 
  • Support clinic teams with event planning, tools, and best practices 
  • Track and report event performance and optimize future strategies 

Community & Reputation Management

  • Oversee online reputation (reviews, surveys, engagement) across platforms 
  • Ensure timely, brand-aligned, HIPAA-compliant responses by clinic teams
  • Maintain accurate and consistent digital listings (Google, Yelp, etc.) 
  • Manage award submissions and recognition opportunities 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve patient experience 

Content & Project Management

  • Own content organization, asset libraries, and file systems 
  • Repurpose content across channels and campaigns 
  • Manage project workflows and marketing boards (Monday.com or similar) 
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and before/after content policies 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or similar
  • 5+ years in social media, content creation, events, or related field 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in content creation, video production, and storytelling. 
  • Strong experience in video-first content and photography 
  • Excellent copywriting and written communication.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics 
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, CapCut/Lightroom, Monday.com, Figma, and similar 
  • Comfortable working independently in clinical environments 
  • Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness is a plus
