- Own the content pipeline end to end: shoot, edit, caption, post, analyze
- Short-form video first: Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, with LinkedIn and Facebook in support
- Develop each brand's voice — cinematic for land, fast and deal-driven for retail
- Work directly with ownership; no committee, no approval chains
