Social Media Creator and Designer Jobs in Boston, MA at Creative Circle
Our healthcare client is seeking a part-time, Social Media Creator & Designer for an ongoing freelance engagement (~15 hours/week, variable). You must be in the Boston area to capture content, but can edit and execute work remotely.
What You'll Do
- Create and publish platform-native organic social content across channels
- Produce and edit short-form video with an understanding of pacing, trends, and platform norms
- Adapt core messaging across platforms while tailoring format and creative to each channel
- Apply strong visual design fundamentals including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Stay current on social trends and know how to adapt them appropriately for healthcare
- Act as a creative thought partner to the internal social team, contributing ideas and recommendations
- Help diversify content mix and bring a fresh perspective to patient-facing content
- Support follower growth, engagement, and community building across hospital accounts
- Collaborate closely with internal social, creative, and marketing partners
- Support light coordination around paid social for events or campaigns as needed
What You'll Need
- Proven experience creating organic, social-first content
- Strong visual design fundamentals and video editing skills
- Comfort producing fast, platform-native creative in a regulated environment
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred
- Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Express, and Sprout Social or similar tools
- Collaborative mindset and comfort operating as an extension of an in-house team
