Karma Water is looking for a highly creative and strategic marketer to join our team as our Social Media & Creative Marketing Manager.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and execute social media and digital content strategy
• Own brand storytelling across platforms, ensuring a consistent and elevated presence
• Develop creative assets and guide visual direction across campaigns and materials
• Manage influencer, UGC, and community engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life
• Support broader marketing efforts across eCommerce, email, and retail initiatives
• Analyze performance and help optimize marketing efforts over time
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong creative instincts with an eye for design and branding
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to balance strategy with execution
• Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Experience working with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
