Role Description The Social Media & Creative Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen ETG’s brand presence and student outreach. The executive will design visuals, write captions and short-form content, and support digital campaigns that promote study abroad services, events, and test preparation programs.
Daily responsibilities includes:
- Design creative social media posts, banners, stories, and advertisements.
- Edit & Capture photos and videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create engaging content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Write captions and optimize hashtags.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
- Maintain ETG's premium and consistent brand identity.
- Cover office events, student interactions, seminars, and university visits.
- Coordinate with counselors and the marketing team for content planning.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Running in the relevant field
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in education marketing is an advantage.
