Looking for a junior-level person to help with social media video research and creative ideas for one of our Influencers.

Sosani Studios is a creative ad agency specializing in influencer activations targeted towards brands with gen z and Millennial audiences. We focus on bringing multicultural activations focused on highlighting all communities. Our primary platforms of execution are TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube, and emerging platforms.
We manage social media influencers.
Job Overview
The Social Media research & creative support will support with helping the influencer research videos and come up with video ideas that he can do for his channel.
Compensation Range: Hourly $15- $20 per hour
Timeline
- Time: Monthly for 2-3 months (to start and potenital to expand after)
- Hours: 10-15 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
Research
- Find viral videos that match with the style the influencer is looking for
- Use cultural research and trends to develop campaign concepts
Brief Development & Creative Concepts
- Support the account team by pitching creative concepts for the influencers
- Use cultural research and trends to develop campaign concepts
Key Industry Knowledge
- Be a user for Tiktok and Instagram
- Love keeping up with social media trends, drama and everything in between
- Know how to spot what makes good content vs not
Ideal Candidate
- Using social media personally in the past 4+ years
- Passion for advertising/marketing and how influencer marketing impacts the industry
- Key eye for detail and ability to understand core client needs
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously
