Job Description
IBTE is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media s Content Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing visual posts, editing video materials, and managing day-to-day interactions across our social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is visually creative, highly organized, and comfortable producing both graphic and video content while staying up-to-date with social media trends, particularly on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage IBTE’s social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
· Plan, create, design, and publish engaging social media content.
· Produce visual posts including graphics, stories, and promotional materials.
· Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content suitable for social media platforms.
· Stay up-to-date with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook trends, especially those relevant to the education and training sector.
· Develop content that aligns with current social media formats, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
· Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and social interactions.
· Maintain a consistent brand identity across all social platforms.
· Track engagement and performance of posts to improve future content.
Requirements
· Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
· Strong graphic design and visual content creation skills.
· Proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
· Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook trends, especially within the education or training space.
· Ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
· Experience using professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
· Excellent communication and writing skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage a consistent content schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with educational institutions or training organizations.
· Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies.
· Experience planning and executing social media campaigns.
