You will manage day-to-day publishing, optimise content performance, and use insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and channel effectiveness.

This role requires both hands-on content creation and the ability to brief and coordinate creative support where required. You will also manage approvals, publishing accuracy, community engagement, influencer opportunities, and internal workflows across multiple accounts and changing priorities.

You must have a passion for storytelling, digital trends, performance insights, and building effective organic content strategies tailored to each platform and audience.

Our culture is built on one team, authenticity, courage, responsibility, and a growth mindset (refer to our website). We know our client's success results in our success. We hire people who are smart, talented, get things done, are infinite learners, and not an ars*hole!

  • Identify earned media opportunities and coordinate approvals for reuse where appropriate
  • Apply platform optimisation techniques including trends, keywords, hashtags, and formats

3. Workflow, Quality Control & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage workflows, timelines, approvals, and delivery standards across multiple brands
  • Present creative concepts, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and secure approvals
  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and platform guidelines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment with changing priorities and deadlines

4. Performance, Insights & Optimisation

  • Deliver against content, engagement, growth, and ROI objectives
  • Monitor and report on content and campaign performance
  • Analyse channel, audience, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Use insights and data to continuously optimise content performance and outcomes
