Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and growing a LinkedIn page (or similar social channels)

- A genuine ideas person — you come to the table with concepts, not just execution
- Good understanding of content marketing, brand building, and what drives engagement
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and basic analytics platforms
