Do you constantly come up with content ideas, love social media trends, enjoy creating videos and aren't afraid to get in front of the camera?

We're Freshwipes, an award-winning, female-founded business creating rinse-free hygiene products for people who can't easily shower due to illness, disability, surgery, caring responsibilities or simply life getting in the way.
What started as an idea around a kitchen table has grown into a multi-million-pound brand stocked by major retailers and trusted by thousands of customers across the UK. We're now looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Content Executive to help us tell our story and grow our online presence.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Filming and editing short-form videos and reels
- Planning and managing our content calendar
- Scheduling posts and monitoring performance
- Supporting and hosting TikTok Lives
- Helping to run our TikTok Shop
- Working with customers, influencers and brand ambassadors to create content
- Spotting trends and turning them into content opportunities
- Attending events, exhibitions and occasional social media platform events
- Generating fresh ideas to grow our audience and increase engagement
- Helping us showcase the real impact Freshwipes has on customers' lives
What we're looking for:
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confidence filming content and occasionally appearing on camera
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
- A creative thinker who isn't afraid to suggest new ideas
- Someone who understands social media analytics and what drives engagement
- You don't necessarily need agency or corporate experience.
