Raavee is a cultural house and café in Toronto, built around hospitality, food, books, art, and meaningful gathering. Located at 662 Mount Pleasant Rd, Raavee is being developed as a warm and welcoming public space where people can stay, connect, and return. We are currently in the pre-opening stage and will be opening soon.
Role Description
We are looking for a part-time Social Media Content Creator & Visual Storyteller (Photo & Video) to help us create visual content for Raavee.
This is not a social media manager or admin role. We are not looking for someone to manage posting schedules, write captions, or handle community management. We are looking for someone who can come to Raavee once or twice a week, spend a few hours capturing photo and video content, and help translate the mood, story, and identity of the brand into strong visual content for social media.
The right person should have a good eye, strong taste, and a feel for what works on Instagram and similar platforms. We would love to work with someone who can also contribute ideas, suggest simple content directions, and help shape visual storytelling with us.
What You’ll Do
- Capture photo and video content on-site at Raavee
- Create and edit short-form content for social media, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Help turn ideas and conversations into simple visual content scenarios
- Work with us to understand the atmosphere and identity of Raavee
What We’re Looking For
- Strong taste and a good eye for photo and video content
- Familiarity with social media-style content and current social media trends
- Ability to shoot and edit content for social platforms
- Interest in storytelling, brand atmosphere, and visual identity
- Someone collaborative, creative, and comfortable working on-site
Application Requirement
- A portfolio or sample work showing relevant photo and video content for social media is required to be considered for this role
- Farsi (Persian) language skills
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for hospitality, lifestyle, food, or culture-focused brands
- Student, freelancer, or part-time creator looking for a flexible ongoing role
Role Format

- Expected on-site presence: 1 to 2 times per week for a few hours each visit
- This role may grow into a full-time opportunity after Raavee opens
