Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time) Jobs in Tbilisi, Georgia at Dalood
Dalood is looking for a creative, trend-aware, and highly organised Part-Time Social Media & Content Creator to join our team.
This is a hybrid role combining content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling. You’ll help shape Dalood’s online presence by creating engaging photo and video content, managing our social platforms, and bringing the brand to life through visuals, captions, trends, and cultural moments.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for fashion, aesthetics, and digital content – someone who understands what feels current, elevated, and engaging online.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Capture photo and video content for social media, including behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle, campaign, and showroom content
- Edit short-form video and visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Create content that is optimised for each platform’s format, audience, and tone
- Assist with planning and executing content shoots, both in-house and on location
- Stay up to date with social trends, fashion moments and cultural conversations, proactively suggesting content ideas
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms
- Write engaging captions aligned with Dalood’s tone of voice
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
- Help maintain a consistent and polished visual identity across all channels
Brand & Campaign Support
- Assist with the launch of collections, campaigns and brand moments across social media
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to ensure content reflects the Dalood brand
- Support influencer collaborations, gifting, and content coordination when needed
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance of posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Share insights and suggest improvements based on engagement and platform data
- Help identify what content resonates best with our audience
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, fashion marketing, or a similar role
- Strong interest in fashion, art, culture, and digital trends
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
- Confident shooting content on a smartphone or camera
- Strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, Canva, or similar
- A creative eye with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable being behind the camera and occasionally in front of it
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team
Bonus Skills
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Photography or videography background
- Graphic design skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
