About The Role
Be the lens behind the moments that make Laundy Hotels unforgettable.
As a Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be embedded in our venues, capturing the real energy of what we do, from buzzing crowds to beautifully plated dishes. This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same.
You’ll create content that ranges from raw, behind-the-scenes storytelling to polished, venue-ready visuals, always tailored to the brand, audience, and platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation – Create engaging, platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that captures the essence of our venues.
- Creative Execution – Adapt your style depending on the venue — from authentic, spontaneous moments to more refined, editorial content.
- On-the-Ground Capture – Film and photograph key moments including food and beverage launches, live events, and day-to-day venue atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing team to deliver against briefs, content calendars, and campaigns.
- Trend Awareness – Stay across social trends, sounds, and formats — applying them in ways that feel natural and on-brand.
- Editing & Production – Edit short-form video content using tools like CapCut, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and platform-optimised.
- Venue Coverage – Travel across Laundy Hotel venues, capturing content that reflects each location’s unique character and audience.
About You
You’re creative, energetic, and thrive in fast-paced, social environments. You have a natural eye for content and instinctively know what will resonate with an audience.

- A current driver’s license and willingness to travel across Sydney
