Looking for a full-time Content Creator in Marbella for an AI startup

Overvisual simplifies content creation, transforming it into a fast, structured process using advanced AI technology. Our platform allows creators and businesses to generate ready-to-use social media posts, carousels, and stories within minutes by automating the full content workflow. From identifying trending topics to designing visuals and scheduling posts, Overvisual removes the hassle of creating high-quality content. Currently, more than 1,000 creators and businesses rely on Overvisual to produce engaging and scalable content efficiently.
We are looking for someone to create content, mostly (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) for the co-founders of our AI product, Overvisual, and for the company account.
Location: Marbella
Budget: up to 4000 EUR/month, based on around 40 hours per week. We are open to either an hourly rate or a fixed monthly freelance rate, depending on experience and agreement.
Language: content will be created in English, so excellent English is essential.
What the work would look like
We would meet once a week to film content, and the rest of the time would be dedicated to content planning, research, ideas, scripting, editing and performance analysis.
What type of content we will create
- building and growing Overvisual AI;
- founder life, startup behind-the-scenes, decisions, mistakes and wins;
- AI, social media, programming and business topics.
We are looking for someone who:
- has proven experience creating content from A to Z and can show a portfolio with real results, not just examples of edited videos;
- understands that viral content is not just luck, but the result of good research, a strong hook, storytelling and a creative angle;
- can analyze why one video works and another one doesn’t;
- is independent and can bring ideas;
- is tech-savvy, interested in the AI world and uses AI tools in their own workflow;
- can edit in CapCut or similar tools in a way that makes videos engaging and keeps attention;
- writes and communicates in excellent English.
