Social Media Content Creator & Editor (Remote)
We’re a San Francisco–based creative production company working across digital content, brand storytelling, and social media — with a strong focus on restaurants, lifestyle, and branded content.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of content, not just execute tasks.
This is a fully remote, long-term role with room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and scheduling content (primarily Instagram)
* Writing captions aligned with brand voice
* Assisting with weekly content planning
* Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)
* Editing photos for social media
* Organizing and maintaining content libraries
* Supporting a consistent, high-quality content output
* Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve workflow and creativity
* Contributing ideas — not just executing tasks

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
Language
* Strong English skills (both written and verbal)
* Able to write clean, natural, and brand-aligned captions in English
Creative & Visual
* Strong visual eye (composition, lighting, color, framing)
* Understands what looks “good” on social media — especially for restaurants & production/media agency & corporate
Editing
* Strong short-form editing skills (Reels-focused)
* Good sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling
* Knows how to hook viewers in the first few seconds
Tools
* Proficient in:
* Meta Business Suite
* Canva
* CapCut
* Adobe Lightroom Classic
* Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
* Adobe Bridge
AI Usage
* Uses AI tools for:
* Caption generation
* Idea generation
* Workflow optimization
Platform Knowledge
* Strong understanding of Instagram (must)
* Familiar with TikTok formats and trends
Content Thinking
* Able to generate content ideas
* Can think proactively about what to shoot and post
Workflow & Communication
* Organized with files and workflow
* Reliable and able to meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
Mindset
* Understands social media tone and culture
