Toy Room Malta is looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to join our marketing team.
If you love creating content, editing reels, understand TikTok trends, and know your way around Instagram, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Create social media content using photos and videos provided by the company.
- Edit and produce reels, TikTok videos, stories, and other short-form content.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Write captions, post copy, and social media text in professional English.
- Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
- Manage content schedules and ensure all posts are published on time.
- Monitor social media accounts and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Create and manage TikTok content, including trend research and content planning.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Reply to customer messages, comments, and enquiries using company guidelines.
- Respond to emails and assist customers with general enquiries and issue resolution.
- Escalate customer issues to the relevant department when required.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends and content creation.
- Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
