Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Officer to build and grow Bell Living Lab’s digital presence through consistent, high-quality content.
This role focuses on content creation and storytelling, while working closely with an ads operator/marketing team to support campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
– Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Create engaging content including:
- Static posts (images, carousels)
- Short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
- Stories and behind-the-scenes content
– Translate complex ideas (materials, sustainability, innovation) into simple, engaging, and visual content
– Collaborate with ads operator by:
- Providing content for ad creatives
- Iterating content based on performance feedback
– Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
– Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, reach) and improve content accordingly
– Engage with audience (comments, messages) to support community growth

Qualifications
– Strong experience in social media content creation
– Good understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable
– Ability to use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar
– Basic understanding of social media performance (what works / what doesn’t)
– Strong storytelling and communication skills
– Creative, proactive, and able to execute consistently
– Interest in sustainability, materials, or innovation is a plus
