Vibes is looking for a talented Social Media Executive to administer the social media accounts of ADNEC Capital Events. The successful candidate be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. He/she will manage the company image in a cohesive way to achieve the marketing goals. As a Social Media Executive, the successful candidate is expected to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, with excellent communication skills and the ability to express the company’s views creatively.
Location: ADNEC, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday; 9 AM to 6 PM (including 1 hour break)
Contract Type: 3 months, subject to extension
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Channel Management
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, adapting it to suit different channels and audiences
- Deliver creative content across formats including text, image, and video
- Oversee social media accounts’ design, including profile visuals, cover imagery, and blog layout
- Optimize content to encourage community interaction and grow audience engagement
Strategy & Performance
- Work with the Marketing Director to design and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance across all social media platforms
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase reach, engagement, and overall performance
Community Management & Brand Consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, including promotions and competitions
Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in social media and digital marketing
- Identify and propose new features, formats, and campaigns to continuously develop brand presence
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency and excellent copy writing skills in both English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar content management role
- Strong ability to deliver creative content across text, image, and video formats
- Solid knowledge of online marketing channels and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Hands-on experience with content management and scheduling tools
- Experience in the events, hospitality, or experiential marketing industry is an advantage
Additional Information
- Initial contract duration is 3 months, with potential for extension based on project requirements and performance
- Must be flexible regarding contract extension as required by business needs
