Our prestigious client, a leading multinational company in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry, is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join their regional marketing team in Bangkok.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation and storytelling. You'll play a key role in growing the brand's social presence by creating engaging, social-first content and bringing fresh creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Produce engaging short-form video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Shoot and edit videos for marketing campaigns, product launches and brand activities.
- Create content based on briefs and content plans provided by the Digital Marketing team.
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
Creative Execution
- Bring creative ideas to enhance campaign briefs and improve content engagement.
- Recommend different filming styles, transitions and content formats that work well across social platforms.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, creator content and platform updates.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and other stakeholders to understand campaign objectives.
- Coordinate and prepare for content shoots, including products, locations and talent where required.
- Support both planned marketing campaigns and ad hoc content requests.
Content Optimisation
- Adapt content across different social media platforms and formats.
- Continuously improve editing techniques and content quality based on platform trends and performance.
- Keep up to date with the latest tools, features and best practices for short-form content.
Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in social media content production, videography, video editing or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form social media content.
- Hands-on experience shooting and editing videos for digital and social media.
- Proficient with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content formats.
- Good eye for composition, storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Conversational English with good written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience producing content for consumer, lifestyle or retail brands.
- Photography skills.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Experience working with influencers or content creators.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance.
