Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and visually driven Content Creator to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for storytelling through photography and short-form video, and who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content that brings client brands to life across social media and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Capture high-quality photography and short-form video for social media and marketing
- Create engaging content including reels, stories, posts, and captions
- Develop visually compelling content tailored to each client’s voice and brand identity
- Edit photos and videos to align with brand standards
Creative Development
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on campaign concepts and creative direction
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative planning
- Translate brand strategies into engaging visual content
Content Shoots
- Coordinate and execute content shoots for clients
- Work with clients and internal teams to capture brand moments and storytelling opportunities
- Organize and maintain an internal content library for future use
Platform-Aware Content
- Create content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Stay current on content trends, formats, and best practices
Collaboration
- Work closely with the social media and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with team members and clients
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience creating social media content
- Strong photography and short-form video skills (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
- Must be local to the Atlanta area
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or brand-focused content
- Familiarity with social media platforms and performance insights
