The Bros is looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Content Creator to join our growing team.
We're not looking for someone who simply posts content. We're looking for someone who lives on TikTok, understands internet culture, brings fresh ideas to the table, and wants to help build one of Lebanon's most exciting food brands.
What You'll Do
- Create and appear in engaging TikTok and Instagram content
- Develop creative concepts, trends, and content ideas that fit The Bros' personality
- Capture content across both of our branches
- Film, edit, and publish short-form content
- Manage and engage with our online community across social platforms
- Respond to comments and messages in the brand's tone of voice
- Stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for viral content
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns and launches to life
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of TikTok and social media culture
- Creative mindset with a constant flow of content ideas
- Comfortable filming, editing, and creating content on the go
- Highly flexible and able to work across multiple locations when needed
- Strong communication and community management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to move fast and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
