The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator full of ideas! You’ll shape content that captures attention, drives engagement, and delivers results across multiple platforms.
What you’ll do
- Develop social-first content ideas that tap into the latest trends.
- Plan, film, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Take projects from concept to posting, ensuring every piece hits the mark.
- Analyse performance, learn from the data, and improve future content.
- Support content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns end-to-end.
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of social media and what makes content effective.
- Experience creating engaging, platform-first video content.
- Confidence filming on location and managing shoots.
- Organised and able to manage content from idea to launch.
- Analytical mindset to track performance and refine strategy.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and happy to travel for client shoots.
- Agency experience is desirable.
