Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team.
You’ll create social media content and campaigns for clients in the logistics and transportation industry. We’re looking for someone who can turn industry-specific topics into engaging content.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Develop campaign and content ideas
- Design social media posts and carousels
- Write and improve captions in English
- Edit short-form videos
- Adapt content to different brands and audiences
- Research trends, competitors, and new content approaches
- Use AI tools to support the creative process
What We’re Looking For
You should already have some hands-on experience creating social media content. That experience may come from freelance work, personal projects, agency work, client work, managing social media pages, or a previous in-house role.
You do not need years of formal experience. What matters most is that you can show us what you have created. A portfolio or relevant work samples are required.
Your Creative Toolkit
You should be comfortable working with:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing software
- AI tools for copywriting, research, visual development, and idea generation
You should also have:
- Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals
- Strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Practical understanding of social media content and marketing
- The ability to write clear and engaging captions in English
- Good time-management skills and a responsible approach to deadlines
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to an established workflow
How AI Fits Into the Role
AI is part of our creative process and may be used to help with research, refine ideas, improve copy, explore visual directions, and speed up production.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to use these tools effectively without relying on them to do all the creative thinking. You should be able to bring your own ideas, recognize what works, and turn ideas into content that feels original and polished.
