ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Social Media Content Creator at Ultra Violette, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating and managing content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You’ll support the planning and execution of content for socials and brand use, ensuring Ultra Violette stays ahead of trends and continues to engage our audience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about beauty, trends & social media – ready to learn, experiment, and make an impact.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Conceptualise, produce, edit and feature in social-first content for Ultra Violette’s organic and paid social media and digital channels, with a key focus on video content
- Manage and maintain the Ultra Violette content calendar
- End to end ownership of posting for all content across all social media channels
- Collaborate and work well with the wider business including founders, marketing, design, education and product development teams
WHO YOU ARE
- 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role, or experience with a personal TikTok account
- A demonstrated history of working with brands and/or personal channels – including ideating, shooting, editing and posting content end to end
- Experience in editing platforms like CapCut, InShot or Premiere Pro
- Creative mindset with an ability to conceptualise content ideas
- Demonstrated channel growth across TikTok and Meta platforms
- Good sense of humour to understand and replicate the brand tone of voice
- Able to tap into trends quickly and effortlessly with linkages to brand
- Test, learn and iterate – able to analyse performance and optimise content based on analytics
