About the Role
As a Social Content Creator, you will be part of our in-house creative team, responsible for creating and producing social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other emerging platforms.
This is a full-time, Kuwait-based role with the flexibility to travel internationally and cover global shoots, launches, pop-ups, and events. The role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends intuitively, and has a strong eye for fashion, beauty, and visual storytelling.
What You’ll Do
• Create and edit video content for social media platforms.
• Participate in and support regular social media shoots (local & international).
• Cover international events, launches, and brand moments when required.
• Support the creative team with daily social content creation tasks.
• Research and analyze social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
• Propose and develop social content concepts aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Edit and retouch photo and video assets post-shoot.
• Collaborate closely with Brand and Creative teams to ensure alignment.
• Help elevate the brand’s social presence through consistent, high-quality execution.
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and content formats.
• Creative, proactive, and well-organized.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva.
• Strong eye for detail, fashion, beauty, and aesthetics.
• Ability to translate trends into brand-appropriate content.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Using AI applications for social media content creation .
• Photography and videography skills and editing.
