Role Description
We are looking for a creative, proactive, fast-thinking, well-organized, and easy-to-communicate-with Social Media Content Creator / SMM Specialist to join our team in Yerevan.
The specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing content for THE ONLY GROUP, as well as for our different projects and partner brands across various industries.
The role covers social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and, when relevant, Threads, X, and other digital channels.
You should be curious, self-motivated, and ready to keep learning — because social media changes fast, and yesterday’s “perfect strategy” may already need an update today.
We’ll be a good match if you are creative, active, open, organized, quick to think, quick to act, and comfortable working with several projects, brands, platforms, and deadlines at the same time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating social media content and content plans
- Managing social media pages across different platforms
- Writing captions, post copy, and short video scripts
- Developing ideas for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube videos
- Shooting and editing short-form video content
- Appearing on camera when the content format requires it
- Working with AI tools to create visual and video materials
- Following trends and adapting them to different brands and industries
- Supporting campaigns, case studies, and project presentations
- Tracking content performance and improving content based on results and analytics

Qualifications
- Degree or current studies in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Philology, Linguistics, or a related field
- Experience in social media content creation
- Copywriting and storytelling skills
- Ability to create ideas for short-form videos and social media campaigns
- Basic video shooting and editing skills
- Confidence and readiness to appear on camera when needed
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media formats
- Understanding of how social media algorithms work and how content performance can be improved based on insights and analytics
- Ability to adapt communication style to different industries and brands
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work easily with team members, clients, and different project stakeholders
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn continuously, and readiness to adapt to new tools, trends, and platform changes
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Interest in IT, software development, AI, web platforms, and mobile applications is a strong plus
Work Format & Compensation
Hybrid work format can be discussed. Our office is located in central Yerevan, at 49 Tigran Mets Avenue, so occasional office meetings and teamwork will be easy to organize.
The working schedule and compensation are negotiable and will depend on the candidate’s availability, skills, experience, and the amount of time they can dedicate to the role.
