Role Description
We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making great content — from eye-catching LinkedIn posts to beautifully designed workshop materials that reflect the FridayMakers brand and support our facilitators in the field. If you enjoy switching between writing a caption, designing a workbook, and scheduling posts — all in the same day — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content on LinkedIn
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions
- Track basic performance metrics and share regular updates on growth and engagement
- Design digital assets, including workshop and training presentations
- Work closely with our facilitators to turn their ideas into clear, visually engaging content
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or graphic design (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome)
- Comfortable using Canva to create polished, professional designs
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Organised and able to manage your own workload and deadlines independently
Nice to Have
- Experience creating structured documents such as presentations, guides, or training materials
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
