We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team in Sinaia.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for hospitality, digital storytelling, and social media trends, who is ready to take full ownership of content execution across multiple brands and channels.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, coordinating content calendars, updating websites and OTA platforms with new campaigns and promotions, and supporting the execution of digital marketing initiatives across our hospitality portfolio.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and can combine creativity with strong execution skills.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across Instagram and Facebook.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content calendars across different brands and properties.
- Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports and insights.
- Support the execution of paid and organic digital campaigns.
Content & Digital Coordination
- Update websites, landing pages, and OTA platforms with new content, campaigns, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Write and adapt copy for social media, newsletters, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
Brand & Hospitality Marketing
- Support marketing initiatives for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality-related concepts.
- Help strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement across multiple markets.
- Collaborate closely with the other teams and clusters to execute seasonal campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum +4 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Digital Marketing roles.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel, or lifestyle brands is required.
- Fluent in both Romanian and English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite is required.
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously in agency or multi-brand hospitality groups.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Wix is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
