We are looking for a creative and strategically minded Social Media & Content Coordinator to strengthen and evolve our presence across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how brands build voice, community, and relevance online, and who enjoys turning product features and internal stories into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Organic social media

  • Develop and manage our presence across key social media platforms
  • Plan and implement creative organic content and campaigns that support brand awareness, product promotion, and employer branding
  • Write engaging social media copy, captions, and short-form content adapted to different platforms and audiences
  • Translate internal insights, campaigns, and announcements into compelling social content
  • Maintain and manage the social media content calendar
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and storytelling
  • Plan and produce short-form video content
  • Explore emerging platforms and formats to grow our digital presence

Performance and paid social

  • Support social media advertising initiatives across relevant platforms
  • Collaborate with external partners to align paid social campaigns and messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to performance optimization

Analytics and reporting

  • Monitor social media performance across both organic and paid channels
  • Track engagement, reach, and audience growth metrics
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights to improve content and campaigns

Profile

  • Creative, curious, and digitally savvy
  • Strong instinct for brand voice, storytelling, and audience engagement
  • Comfortable experimenting with new platforms and digital formats
  • Interested in video and visual storytelling
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing social media for a brand, organization, or media platform
  • Strong understanding of both organic social media strategy and paid social media campaigns
  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital and social media content
  • Video editing and content production skills
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
  • Interest in emerging social platforms and online communities
  • Experience with employer branding or community building is a plus
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English
