Overview

As a scale-up environment, this is a real opportunity for someone for somebody motivated by exposure and impact, ready to take a lead role on all things social and be part of shaping the future team. This means a diverse remit and taking a hands-on approach at the beginning, while working with the business through an exciting time of international growth, digital investment and brand repositioning.

The Role

  • The Social Media, Content & Community Manager is a key role within Susanne Kaufmann’s marketing team, responsible for driving growth, engagement and brand visibility across social media platforms.
  • The role combines a strong creator mindset with brand storytelling and performance awareness to grow the brand’s digital ecosystem and build emotional connection with audiences.
  • With the support of a Social Media Assistant and Graphic Designer, the role sits between brand expression, creator culture, social commerce and community building.
  • In this role, you’ll turn social into both a brand awareness engine and a performance growth channel by owning agile, platform‑native content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging channels.
  • Act as an in‑house creator, ideating, shooting, editing and publishing short‑form video and visual content at speed, while crafting engaging captions that stay true to the brand voice.
  • Partner closely with eCommerce to connect content with key launches, trading moments and revenue priorities, using performance data, AI tools and structured experimentation to refine strategies, scale winning content formulas and drive engagement, traffic and conversion.
  • Grow and nurture a highly engaged community across social and the brand’s owned TYB space, designing challenges, drops and rewards that fuel participation, UGC and loyalty, while building and managing a creator and TikTok affiliate ecosystem that supports authentic creator‑led content and social commerce initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • A data driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform content and growth decisions
  • Strong visual sensibility with the ability to create both premium brand content and authentic platform native formats
  • Confident short form storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Creative, experimentation driven approach to content development
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives at pace
  • Comfortable using AI and standard content creation and productivity tools such as Adobe, Canva or similar platforms, as well as emerging creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Sora or comparable solutions
  • Performance aware in content planning and optimisation
