📍 Full-Time Position
A leading lifestyle and hospitality destination in Limassol is seeking a creative, trend-aware, and commercially minded Social Media & Communications Manager to lead the brand’s digital presence and storytelling strategy.
This is not a basic posting role.
We are looking for someone who understands lifestyle branding, audience psychology, content performance, and how to turn attention into real engagement, reservations, and brand growth.
You will play a key role in shaping one of Cyprus’ most exciting hospitality and entertainment concepts.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Brand Strategy
- Develop and manage the monthly content calendar
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms
- Maintain a consistent premium brand identity and tone of voice
- Drive organic growth, engagement, and audience reach
- Plan and execute campaigns, collaborations, and seasonal activations
Content Creation & Live Coverage
- Coordinate and direct photo/video shoots
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, DJs, influencers, and creative partners
- Capture and manage live content during events, sunset rituals, and activations
- Lead livestreaming initiatives across social platforms
- Repurpose live and event content into high-performing digital assets
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Support SEO and website growth strategies
- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, audience growth, conversions, and engagement
- Support booking and event-driven digital campaigns
- Assist with retargeting and audience acquisition strategies
Communications & Community Management
- Write captions, newsletters, campaign messaging, and communication material
- Manage online community engagement, DMs, and guest interactions
- Coordinate influencer relationships and lifestyle partnerships
- Support PR opportunities and media collaborations
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including engagement, reach, growth, and booking conversions
- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital opportunities
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or brand management
- Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, events, or entertainment industries will be considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and content trends
- Experience coordinating content production and working with creators/influencers
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English
- Russian or Greek language skills will be considered an advantage
- Creative mindset combined with strong organizational and commercial awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Salary & Benefits
