We are seeking a highly polished, creative, and proactive Social Media, Branding & PR Specialist to help grow the Foundation’s visibility and community presence. This role plays a key part in shaping how the organization connects with its audience—especially leading into major initiatives such as Fur Ball and other year-round programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms
- Develop compelling copy and storytelling aligned with the Foundation’s mission
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Support visibility and promotion of events, including community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal team members and external creatives for content and design execution
- Monitor engagement metrics and contribute strategies to grow audience reach organically
- Assist in building and nurturing a positive, mission-driven online presence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, branding, communications, or PR
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Keen eye for brand consistency, tone, and audience engagement
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience coordinating with designers, content creators, or agencies
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution
