We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Associate to join our vibrant marketing team! Duties
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Manage affiliate / partner programs with influencers
- Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community relationships.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for social media marketing to enhance visibility.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels; assist in managing online reputation.
- Support paid advertising efforts on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes. (Optional but preferred)
- Familiarity with social listening tools, Google Analytics, Hootsuite or Buffer applications for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, advertising options (including Facebook Advertising), and best practices for engagement.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics to optimize content performance.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & people (affiliates) simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with online communities effectively.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus to create visually appealing content that resonates with audiences.
