- Assist with planning, writing, and scheduling Instagram content across our core pillars — product storytelling, nursery inspiration, behind-the-scenes, educational, and UGC reposting
- Write captions, Reels scripts, product descriptions, and email copy that feel warm, human, and on-brand
- Support our micro-influencer gifting program — help with outreach tracking and managing the gifting pipeline in Google Sheets
- Research trending audio and content formats to keep our Reels fresh and relevant
- Learn to track content performance — engagement, reach, saves — and help compile weekly reports for the team
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with creative ideas and hands-on execution
SKILLS NEEDED
-Any internship, college project, or personal account experience in social media or content
-Basic graphic or video editing skills — Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar
-Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
