Compensation
Base salary: $52,000 – $78,000 depending on experience and creativity level
Performance bonuses based on engagement and campaign results

What You’ll Do
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content
- Develop engaging captions, posts, reels, and short-form video ideas
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content opportunities
- Maintain monthly content calendars and posting schedules
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all social media platforms
- Assist with basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
- Support marketing campaigns and recruitment branding initiatives
- Analyze content performance and suggest optimization strategies
- Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and digital trends
- Assist with influencer outreach and collaboration opportunities
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or digital support roles
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Creative mindset with strong visual and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools preferred
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and content strategies
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Interest in digital marketing, online branding, and social media trends
- Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and creative strategies quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience managing personal or business social media accounts
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)
- Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies
- Internship or freelance experience in digital marketing or content creation
