Social Media / Content Executive – Social & Influencer Agency. Hybrid | £25,000 – £27,000
We're working with a fast-growing, trend-led influencer and social media agency on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a creative powerhouse who lives on TikTok and Instagram to help build bold digital presences for major brands like Jack Daniels.
This is your chance to turn your social media obsession into a high-impact career by creating scroll-stopping content, mastering community management, and executing influencer-led campaigns. You will have real creative input, working directly with the founder to shape the agency's voice and push the boundaries of digital storytelling.
The Role
- Create, film, and edit high-energy video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging platforms.
- Spot viral trends early and rapidly pivot content strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Manage end-to-end social channels, including community engagement, responding to DMs, and driving brand loyalty.
- Attend live events and high-profile shoots to capture authentic, real-time "behind-the-scenes" content.
- Support the evolution of monthly content calendars using tools like Planoly, Later, or Hootsuite to ensure consistent brand messaging.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience creating engaging social content with a strong portfolio or personal social presence to show for it.
- Native-level knowledge of social media algorithms, specifically what makes content go viral on TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficiency in mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva) and a sharp eye for aesthetic storytelling.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client brand voices in a fast-paced, agency environment.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the confidence to pitch fresh ideas and collaborate directly with agency leadership.
