Your Mission:
We are looking for a creative, trend-driven Social & Marketing Executive to own and grow our social presence. This role will be responsible for planning and creating engaging, social-first content that builds brand awareness, drives community engagement and supports commercial objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media culture, trends and algorithms, and knows how to turn ideas into high-performing content with a strong sense of initiative and independence.
Core Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Execution:
- Film and edit social-first content to build and engage our audience across platforms.
- Develop innovative content ideas and execute them quickly to leverage trending topics and viral opportunities.
- Confidently appear on camera and create content for the brand when required.
- Capture and produce social content at photoshoots, events and other brand activations.
Platform Management (Day-to-Day):
- Manage the social’s content calendar, making sure that it aligns with wider trade and targets.
- Schedule and publish daily content that align with the brand’s voice and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates, always looking for the latest trend and opportunities for innovation.
- Leverage algorithm and viral trends to maximise organic reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for online community interactions, responding to comments, DMs, tagged content and reviews.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Produce weekly reports on social media performance.
- Regularly analyse social media performance to adapt and refine strategies, reporting results and insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years experience in a social media role of a DTC brand
- Passionate about Tiktok, you know whats trending, whats next and what works
- Proven experience creating & editing content (video) in our brand TOV.
- Confident presenter, you must be happy to appear in our social content
- Strong eye for detail, highly organised and proactive
- Great time management skills, you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to changes in direction, deadlines, and project execution
- Calm under pressure and a positive attitude
- Must be able to work 3 days a week in our West London office, and 2 remote.
