Job Description
As the Social Lead & Creator in Residence, you will be the on-camera face of Mozart AI, building their social presence from scratch. You'll own the end-to-end content cycle, producing high-volume, high-taste video content to grow a massive community. This is a high-ownership role for a music-obsessed creator ready to define a new brand's voice.

What You Will Do
- Produce, shoot, and edit 50+ videos monthly across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on product demos, creator workflows, and trending formats.
- Host weekly Twitch streams to build a live community, showcasing the creative process behind building songs and engaging with superfans in real-time.
- Develop a systematic content engine, including a hook bank and shot lists, to track performance and iterate on high-growth creative formats.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of growing and maintaining an organic audience on TikTok or Instagram with repeatable content formats rather than one-off viral spikes.
- Deep expertise in video production and editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere, and After Effects, with an emphasis on speed and native platform aesthetics.
- Strong musical background or obsession, capable of navigating DAWs and AI music tools to create professional-grade content that resonates with the creator community.
