Steller seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Social Content Producer.
The Social Content Producer pushes the brand forward by creating bold, social-first content. The Producer conceptualizes, shoots, and edits short-form video for social platforms, bringing destinations, creators, and travel experiences to life in a way that inspires action.
Duties include:
- Develop, produce, and edit social-first content that highlights destinations, creator perspectives, and travel experiences in a way that feels native to each platform.
- Partner with the marketing team to support campaign execution, including content planning, shot lists, and production for destination and creator campaigns.
- Contribute to creative strategy and ideation, helping shape new content formats and ideas that grow the audience and drive engagement.
- Proactively pitch, storyboard, and concept original social-first content across Steller’s channels.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera, with the ability to represent the brand authentically and bring energy to content.
- Actively track trends, platform shifts, and cultural conversations to keep content current and engaging.
- Lead end-to-end creation of high-impact, social-first content, with an emphasis on short-form video.
- Represent the brand voice across social interactions, including comments, DMs, and community engagement.
- Balance high-quality production with reactive, real-time content.
- Adapt and extend content across channels, including landing pages, email, and paid media, ensuring consistency and performance.
- Write clear, concise copy for social posts, email, push notifications, and video hooks.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from conception through execution, ensuring work meets quality and timeline expectations.
- Collaborate closely with teams across social, lifecycle marketing, paid media, creative, and product.
- Stay current on platform trends, formats, and tools, bringing fresh thinking into the work.
- Use performance data and analytics to evaluate content and inform future creative decisions.
Required skills/experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years professional experience in video production, preferably with a focus on social media or digital content; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in modern video editing tools (e.g., mobile apps, CapCut, or similar); experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and creative team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of best practices for social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
- Strong creative judgment, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement and action across platforms.
- Experience writing short-form, high-performing copy for digital channels is a plus.
- Experience in travel, lifestyle, or creator/influencer marketing is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing social-first video projects and content that demonstrates both creativity and performance.
