We are entering an exciting new phase of brand growth and are looking for a modern, strategic Social & Content Lead to help shape the next evolution of our digital presence.

About the Role

This is not a traditional social media manager role.

We already have strong creative capability and digital infrastructure in place. We are now looking for someone who can lead the content ecosystem — someone who understands how to turn brand strategy into a strong, consistent, and credible market presence.

You will be responsible for shaping content direction, building narrative consistency, coordinating execution, and elevating how our brand shows up across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creative thinking, strategic marketing, strong organisation, and modern digital expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Presence

  • Lead and shape the overall content direction for the Imagemakers brand
  • Translate brand strategy into meaningful, consistent digital storytelling
  • Build and manage content systems that support long-term brand growth
  • Strengthen Imagemakers’ authority and positioning across digital platforms

Social Media & Platform Growth

  • Drive brand growth and engagement across LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned to audience behaviour
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and premium visual storytelling

Content Planning & Execution

  • Manage content calendars and campaign rollouts
  • Coordinate shoots, production schedules, and content planning
  • Brief internal and external creatives effectively
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and strategic teams to ensure alignment

Innovation & AI-Driven Workflows

  • Leverage AI-powered tools and modern content workflows to improve efficiency, ideation, planning, and execution
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform shifts, and evolving content behaviour

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in social media, content strategy, brand marketing, or digital communications
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and visual storytelling
  • Experience working with premium, B2B, or corporate brands (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A strategic mindset with strong creative judgment (“good taste”)
  • Understanding of modern AI tools and content workflows
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple moving parts

Preferred Experience

  • 3–5+ years relevant experience in content, social media, brand, or digital marketing
  • Experience growing LinkedIn and Instagram brand presence
  • Portfolio demonstrating content strategy, campaigns, or brand storytelling work
