Social Content & Growth Trainee

At TEN, we believe the right story can bring the right people together.
We're looking for a Social Content & Growth Trainee who is excited by creating content, curious about how social platforms evolve, and eager to help grow a global community for entrepreneurial and visionary women.
This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule posts. You'll help shape how TEN shows up online during one of the most exciting chapters in our journey: the build-up to the TEN Global Summit on 9 October 2026.
What you'll do
- Create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, with a strong focus on daily Instagram content.
- Turn ideas into beautiful Reels, Stories, carousels and videos that feel unmistakably TEN.
- Stay close to trends, new formats and cultural conversations—and understand why some content resonates while other content doesn't.
- Experiment consistently. We believe the best content comes from creating, testing, learning and improving.
- Help grow our online community through meaningful engagement, collaborations and conversations.
- Capture content during events and play an important role in telling the story of the TEN Global Summit.
Who you are
You might still be studying, have recently graduated, or have taken a completely different path. We're much more interested in your curiosity and creativity than your CV.
You'll probably recognise yourself in these:
- You genuinely enjoy making content.
- You have a strong visual eye and care about quality.
- You've created content, grown an account or built something online you're proud of.
- You understand social media beyond trends—you notice patterns, analyse what performs and enjoy figuring out why.
- You're not afraid to publish consistently. You know growth comes from showing up, experimenting and learning.
- You're comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- You write confidently in English.
- You're proactive, organised and enjoy taking ownership.
- You're excited by entrepreneurship, community and women's leadership.
