Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Coordinator (Interiors) for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Site Coordinator will oversee onsite execution of interior design projects, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery. Key tasks include interpreting design plans, coordinating with vendors and contractors, inspecting ongoing work to ensure compliance with design specifications, and managing project timelines and budgets. Collaboration with designers, clients, and other stakeholders is also essential to achieving project goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, site supervision, and coordinating work activities
- Strong understanding of interior design plans, materials, and execution processes
- Knowledge of vendor and contractor coordination for timely and quality project completion
- Proficiency in reviewing project documentation, including blueprints, layouts, and technical specifications
- Supported by excellent planning, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities for coordinating with teams and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role in the home interiors or construction industry is an advantage
