🚀 We’re hiring: Showrunner / Editor in chief / Director for The Weekly Build
The Weekly Build is a high-energy, experimental content format where a team of 5 creator-entrepreneurs (including our co-host) build a business venture in one week and document every step across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and a private community.
Think: The pace of a startup meets Mr. Beast.
To level up, we’re looking for an Showrunner / Editor in chief / Director who can own both the creative vision and the finishing touches:
- You bring experience from both large-scale productions and fast-moving social content.
- You’re fluent in storytelling across platforms: what works in a 12-minute YouTube doc, what hooks on TikTok, and how to build trust through Instagram reels.
- You can lead narrative direction, set the tone, and coach a global team of multi-talented creators.
- You thrive in ambition: we’re building this as a high octane 24/7 global format, not just a one-off show.
🎬 Your role
- Set and guard the creative vision of each Weekly Build edition.
- Direct the team during production: what shots matter, what storylines to push, what energy to capture.
- Collaborate with editors and creators to ensure consistency and impact across all content outputs.
- Final responsibility for narrative quality: from YouTube longform to raw community drops.
- Oversee an output of 100+ content assets per week, spread across multiple channels and platforms.
