Their brand focuses on empowering entrepreneurs through insights, speaking engagements, and behind-the-scenes content from events, panels, and daily life.
They’re looking for a Short-Form Video Editor who can transform long-form content into engaging short-form videos while maintaining a consistent social media presence. This role will focus on editing keynote speeches, interviews, and event recordings into high-performing short-form content that resonates with an entrepreneurial audience.
What You’ll Do
- Edit long-form content such as keynote speeches, interviews, and panel discussions into engaging short-form videos
- Create short-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Monitor social media trends and proactively suggest new content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence and manage the weekly social media content calendar
- Add captions, subtitles, and visual elements that improve viewer engagement
What You Bring
- Experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
- Experience editing video using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video editing or content repurposing
- Strong understanding of short-form video trends and social media content formats
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content tasks simultaneously
