Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Visualizer who combines exceptional design thinking with strong visualization skills and AI-powered creativity.
This role goes beyond designing social media posts; you’ll lead visual campaigns across OTT properties, You Tube channels, entertainment brands, creator partnerships, performance marketing, and corporate branding.
You’ll mentor designers, build compelling visual identities, create high-performing You Tube thumbnails, design presentation decks, and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and production without compromising creative quality.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Visualization
Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital, OTT, entertainment, and social media platforms.
Transform briefs into visually compelling concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
Design key visuals, campaign creatives, promotional assets, posters, banners, and branding materials.
Create visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and marketing collateral.
Develop innovative visual systems that maintain consistency across multiple brands and platforms.
AI-Powered Design & Innovation
Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept generation, creative exploration, mood boards, mockups, and design production.
Utilize Generative AI to create references, backgrounds, textures, compositions, and visual concepts.
Enhance productivity by integrating AI into creative workflows while maintaining originality and brand integrity.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and introduce innovative workflows to improve efficiency and creative output.
Digital & Social Media Design
Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, OTT campaigns, and performance marketing.
Create scroll-stopping You Tube thumbnails that improve click-through rates and audience engagement.
Design assets optimized for multiple formats, including:

Stories
Create static and motion-ready creatives for digital campaigns.
Brand Identity & Marketing Communication
Maintain visual consistency across all Cocoma brands and client accounts.
Design logos, brand identities, visual guidelines, and campaign assets.
Create event branding, merchandise concepts, internal communication creatives, and corporate presentations.
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns with engaging visual communication.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior graphic designers.
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Video Editors, Motion Designers, Content Writers, Marketing teams, and Account Managers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest creative standards.
Quality & Creative Excellence
Maintain pixel-perfect execution across all deliverables.
Ensure consistency in typography, layout, color systems, and branding.
Organize creative assets, templates, and project files efficiently.
