Senior Visual Designer Jobs in Mumbai Metropolitan Region at Blink Digital
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with strong visual leadership, deep design expertise, and the ability to guide teams while delivering high-quality, social-first creatives. This role involves owning visual outputs across brands, mentoring junior designers, and leveraging emerging tools—including AI—to enhance creative efficiency and innovation.
On any given day, you might
- Lead the visual design direction for social, digital, and integrated campaigns
- Own the end-to-end creation of static and motion-led creatives from shooting to editing including Reels and short-form videos, with occasional on-camera participation
- Use AI generative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) for concept exploration, mood boards, visual ideation, and creative experimentation
- Review, guide, and mentor junior designers to ensure quality and consistency
- Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and oversee execution end-to-end
- Coordinate with clients to understand feedback, expectations, and design requirements
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to shape creative solutions
- Ensure brand consistency across formats, platforms, and touchpoints
- Stay updated with design trends, reel formats, transitions, AI-led design workflows, and platform best practices
The ideal person
- Has 6+ years of experience in visual design (agency experience preferred)
- Demonstrates strong expertise in layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and modern design workflows
- Has hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI generative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, or equivalent
- Has experience managing and mentoring design teams
- Is confident in client coordination and presenting design rationale
- Understands social-first content and short-form video consumption patterns
- Communicates clearly, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
