- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, ads, and branded content
- Create engaging storytelling through pacing, transitions, sound design, and visuals
- Work closely with content strategists, scriptwriters, and designers
- Handle long-form and short-form content efficiently
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, effects, and platform-optimized edits
- Maintain content quality and ensure timely delivery
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong command of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop (basic)
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Strong understanding of YouTube retention-based editing
- Knowledge of hooks, pacing, audience psychology, and viral content structure
- Experience with reels/shorts editing is a plus
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and animation knowledge
- Sound design and color grading experience
- Understanding of current social media trends
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
