Position: Senior Technical Writer for OSI Products

In this role, you will be responsible for developing technical documentation for OSI products, including manuals and guides. With over 10 years of technical writing experience, you will ensure adherence to quality standards while leading document planning activities and mentoring junior writers. Your leadership and organizational skills will play a key role in achieving timely project deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and publish operator guides and technical manuals
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales for accurate content
• Research technical information for user-focused documentation
• Maintain documentation standards and ensure configuration control
• Mentor junior writers on best practices and improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of technical writing experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with tools like Mad Cap Flare and Jira
• Knowledge of marine navigation is a strong asset
